The Brady Cottage is located on the eastern side of Kerr Lake just off the Drewry-Kerr Dam Road and only about 5 miles south of Kerr Dam. Located on a private peninsula, the Brady Cottage is a true getaway, offering privacy and a break from interruptions.
The cottage is rented weekly at $1,200 plus sales tax ($84) from Sunday through Sunday. Check in time is 3:00 PM. A security deposit of $300 per week is required in order to reserve the cottage and is payable when reservations are made. Cleaning service is available for $75.00.
The cottage has a large center great room (kitchen, dining, and living with wood-burning fireplace) that opens to a large lakefront, screened porch. On each side of the great room are two bedrooms and a shared bath. Sleeping accommodations are as follows:
Bedroom #1: 3 single beds
Bedroom #2: 1 king and crib
Bedroom #3: 1 king and 1 single
Bedroom #4: 2 singles and a daybed
Renters need to furnish the following:
1. Bed linens
2. Towels
3. Foodstuff and paper products
The property has a private tennis court and floating boat dock for your enjoyment.
